Charles + Kristin - Wedding

Love is in the air... how could there not be when you travel to the beach for a destination wedding!  Our sweethearts for this wedding were the lovely Kristin and handsome Charles.
Charles and Kristin were married at the beautiful Brunswick Plantation & Golf Resort in Calabash, NC.  Talk about gorgeous!  A warm breeze, the setting sun...  the perfect setting for a fantastic wedding.  In front of friends and family Kristin and Charles said their I-do's and pledge to live happily ever after.

As day turned into night we were thoroughly entertained as a variety of bridal party members and guests serenaded us with their favorite songs.  Some of them were quite good!  What a neat idea for a wedding reception.  I have to say though one of the highlights of a reception is the dancing.  I love watching the guests laughing, dancing and simply having a good time.  By now I know most of the popular group dances that dj's play.  However Kristin did pull a new one out on me.  She and one of her bridesmaids demonstrated the highly energetic dance called, the Percolator.  Wow!  I think I would have been done for after the first couple of steps!

By the end of the night Kristin and Charles were happy, tired and more in love than ever...

After a beautiful wedding and delicious dinner the rest of the evening consisted of karaoke and dancing and more karaoke and more dancing.  I have to admit I was impressed by both!

To kick things of this big fella was the center of attention as he defied gravity and demonstrated his super human strength.....

.... or maybe it was just the worm.  But a mighty fine worm it was!

By the end of the night we were all a bit tuckered out... :)

Chiwahn + Tiana - Wedding

After a few years of dating this sweet couple finally decided to tie the knot!  There wedding was a wonderful, happy event with lots of unique ideas.  The day started off with gifts exchanged between the bride and groom.  Tiana was all smiles as she opened gift after gift from Chiwahn all related to the ways in which he loves his bride.

As Tiana walked with her father down the aisle she collected flowers from some special guests.  At the end of the aisle Tiana and her mom tied the flowers together with ribbon creating her beautiful bouquet.

Later the reception the tables were decorated in lovely shades of blue.  Each table was covered with butcher paper and the guests were provided with crayons to draw and write messages to the bride and groom.  Both the father of the bride and the mother of the groom dance were cut a bit short... but that was only because Tiana and Chiwahn took the time to invite all of the father/daughters and mother/sons present to join on them on the dance floor for their respective dances.  (So Sweet!)  Shoe games, money dances... fun, fun, fun!

Lots and lots of neat ideas.  (If I could do my wedding day over I would so still some of her ideas!)  Though they were exhausted by the end of the day Chiwahn and Tiana had a lovely wedding.  We wish you all the best.
