Kevin + Laura - Engagement and Wedding

Once upon a time in a middle school not so far away a beautiful girl spied a handsome young boy in the hallway.  Though they admired each other from afar ...their lives continued on separate paths.

Fast forward a few years...  the beautiful girl and the handsome boy...  found their way back to each other.

Kevin and Laura were middle school classmates at Aycock Middle School.  In search of long lost friends these two reconnected and discovered a love for each other.  To celebrate their history they decided to have their engagement shoot at their alma mater.  With yearbooks in hand we walked around the school as they reminisced about their school days.

In a small family wedding at the Greensboro Arboretum Kevin and Laura said "I do" and became husband and wife.  It was such a sweet intimate moment that I am privilege to have been a part of.  Congratulations to a wonderful couple.  I wish you all the best.

Something Old:  On her wrist, Lauren wore a photo of her mother and father.  ...there in spirit to wish her well.

Robert + Lauren - Wedding

Caring, giving, selfless, compassionate... these are the words that this couple used to describe each other.  Robert (an avid hunter and fisher) met Lauren (a shopper and reader) through a mutual friend at dinner one night.  Lauren remembers talking to her friends about how cute Robert was!  It was a good thing because Robert was thinking the same thing about Lauren!

On June 9th Robert and Lauren were married in a beautiful ceremony at the JH Adams Inn.  Lauren wanted her wedding day to be elegant and simple.  I think her wishes were granted as she and Robert, surrounded by their friends and family, pledge their love for one another.

Venue:       JH Adams Inn, High Point
Caterer:     Hampton's at JH Adams Inn
Music:       Rob Massengale's String Duo (ceremony)

What a cute way to display the sparklers for the bride and groom send off!

Robert and Lauren provided a goody basket for the guests staying at the Inn.  Snacks and candy... yum!

Well the honeymoon is over... Robert and Lauren have already found new dance partners... ha ha :)

Congratulations to Robert and Lauren!
